Professor of Political Science and Comparative Politics at the University of Turin. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the World Federalist Movement, and was president of the European Federalist Movement from 2009 to 2015. He is the editor of The Federalist Debate and has published 15 books on federalism, European integration and international organizations, among which: L’internationalisme ne suffit pas.
